Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SixScope app and website, including optional Premium subscriptions.
Optional Premium subscriptions
SixScope Premium is a monthly, automatically renewing store subscription at the price displayed before purchase. Apple or Google charges your store account. It renews unless you cancel before renewal in your store subscription settings. Payments and refund requests follow the applicable store process and your statutory rights.
Premium removes SixScope-served ads for as long as the subscription is active. External video-provider ads remain. Premium does not include paid points, prize entries or additional spins.
Purchases can be restored on the same platform with the same store account. Without an account, a profile stays on its installation. With an optional account (Settings → Account), your profile and its Premium access follow you to the phones you sign in on, including between Apple and Google devices; billing stays with the store you bought from. Deleting a profile does not cancel the store subscription.
The service
SixScope provides an independent release countdown, source-attributed news, official video links, an editorial map, a sourced database, a daily quiz, pseudonymous player profiles, private code-only crews, virtual points, referrals and a moderated discussion forum. Enabled Android builds display non-personalized AdMob full-screen ads (an occasional ad when the app opens and optional reward videos) as described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising-enabled iOS builds display non-personalized AdMob ads between news stories as described in the Privacy Policy; third-party videos may contain provider advertising. Some screens link to disclosed partner services; SixScope may earn a commission on purchases made there.
SixScope is intended for an adult audience aged 18 and over. By using SixScope you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptable use
Use SixScope only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the app, its backend, or its providers, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Do not post harassment, hate, sexual content, threats, scams, spam, doxxing, piracy, leaked material, or unmarked story spoilers.
- Use report and block controls for violations. We may remove content, restrict participation, preserve evidence of serious abuse, or cooperate with valid legal requests.
- You retain ownership of original content you post and grant SixScope a limited license to host, display, moderate and remove it for operation of the forum.
Third-party content and links
Headlines, source names, and outbound links identify independent publishers. Trailer links open content hosted by YouTube or the rights holder. External services have their own terms and policies, and SixScope does not control their availability or content.
Clip challenge
By submitting a clip you confirm that you recorded it yourself, that it contains no material you are not allowed to share, and that it follows the challenge rules shown in the app. You grant SixScope a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show the clip in the app and to publish it, with your username, on SixScope channels such as YouTube and social media, for as long as the clip remains part of the challenge archive. You can remove your clip from the challenge at any time in the app; already published channel uploads are removed on request to daniel@wgmiconsulting.com.
Winners are determined by community votes when a challenge ends. SixScope may remove entries that break the rules, including clips promoted with fake accounts, and may adjust results before prizes are awarded. Prizes are provided by partners as announced per challenge, have no cash alternative, and are subject to the eligibility conditions stated with the challenge. Virtual points awarded for participation have no cash value.
Accuracy and availability
SixScope is provided “as is” and “as available.” News, dates, summaries, and links may change or contain errors. Verify important information with the original publisher or Rockstar Games. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
The SixScope code, original visual design, and SixScope branding belong to DDTechSolution, US LLC or its licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners and are referenced only to identify the subject discussed.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SixScope and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by applicable Delaware law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction.
